Subscription Usage Policy
This Usage Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing the use of myPara. By subscribing to or using the platform, the subscriber agrees to comply with the following usage limits and access conditions.
1. Device Access
Each individual subscription permits access on a maximum of three (3) authorised devices, subject to the following conditions:
- One (1) Primary Device
- Mobile phone registered using OTP verification.
- Used for account authentication and security.
- Two (2) Secondary Devices
- Desktop or laptop computers.
- Tablets may be permitted at the discretion of myPara.
- Registration of an additional mobile phone is not permitted under a single-user subscription.
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that account credentials remain confidential.
2. Personal Use Only
Subscriptions are licensed for use by a single individual and may not be:
- Shared with other persons;
- Used simultaneously by multiple users;
- Transferred or resold;
- Used for commercial redistribution of content.
myPara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in account sharing or unauthorised access.
3. Daily and Monthly Download Limits
To ensure fair usage and system availability, the following download limits apply to every individual subscription.
A. Judgments

Unused daily or monthly limits do not accumulate or carry forward.
B. Statutes

Statutes include Central Acts, State Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Circulars and other legislative materials available on the platform.
4. Fair Usage
Subscribers may browse, search and read documents without restriction. Download limits apply only to downloading or exporting documents.
The platform may impose reasonable technical controls to prevent:
- Automated scraping or harvesting of content;
- Bulk downloading using scripts or software;
- Excessive automated searches affecting system performance;
- Attempts to bypass usage restrictions.
5. Institutional and Enterprise Access
Law firms, government departments, universities, associations and other organisations requiring access for multiple users should obtain an appropriate Institutional or Enterprise Subscription.
Additional users, IP-based access, higher download limits and customised licensing may be provided under separate commercial terms.
6. Suspension of Access
myPara reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access where it reasonably believes that a subscriber has:
- Shared login credentials;
- Exceeded permitted usage through unauthorised means;
- Used bots, automation or scraping tools;
- Attempted to circumvent security or download restrictions;
- Violated the Terms of Service or this Usage Policy.
7. Changes to Usage Limits
myPara may revise usage limits or introduce additional fair usage measures from time to time. Any material changes shall be notified through the website, application or registered email address.
